Back in Thyme Gardens & Culinary Center is a family operated farm, located on the edge of the beautiful Ozark Mountains in southwest Missouri. Operations began in 2016 with the transformation of the hayfield across the road from our home into the "Hobby Farm" and Garden Center. Since then we have developed and enclosed nearly an acre behind railroad tie fencing. There you will find demonstration gardens which you can stroll through. Our 1800 square foot greenhouse is located within the middle of this and is where the seed starting, potting and plant propagations occur. Right next door is our 1800 square foot high tunnel and the garden center boutique. Along the outer edges is where most of our livestock reside. The culinary center is our newest addition and we will be offering classes throughout the year.
Dedicated to all who enjoy gardening, animals, and food experiences. We welcome visitors of all ages.
At this time, we don't accept returns or exchanges for in person purchases as we don't sell anything that we are not satisfied with.
Online Orders
We guaranty the survival of all live plants during shipping. If an order arrives damaged, you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide photos/video of the damaged plant in the condition that you received it in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at backinthymegardens@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll contact you to make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates.
Exchanges
If a plant is severely damaged during shipping and is determined to qualify for an exchange we are happy to exchange the plant with a comparable option that we have in stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
